Patient Registration Instructions (OPD / IPD)

Understanding the Patient Registration Number (PRN) protocol for smooth and continuous medical care.

English Registration Rules

  • One-Time Process: All first-time patients are required to fill the registration form at the Ground Floor registration counter.
  • Government ID Proof: A valid government identity proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID) must be provided for verification.
  • Unique PRN Generation: A unique Patient Registration Number (PRN) will be generated, permanently linked to the patient's records.
  • Unified OPD & IPD: Once your PRN is generated, repeat registration is not required for future visits. If registered in OPD, the same applies to IPD and vice-versa.
  • PRN Card: A physical PRN card will be issued, which must be carried during every hospital visit for immediate access to medical history.
  • Duration: The registration process takes approximately 10–15 minutes from arrival.

रुग्ण नोंदणीसाठी सूचना (मराठी)

  • प्रथमच येणाऱ्या रुग्णांनी नोंदणी काउंटरवर नोंदणी फॉर्म भरणे आवश्यक आहे. ही प्रक्रिया फक्त एकदाच केली जाते.
  • वैध सरकारी ओळखपत्र (आधार कार्ड, पॅन कार्ड, पासपोर्ट, मतदान ओळखपत्र) तपासणीसाठी आवश्यक आहे.
  • तपासणीनंतर रुग्ण नोंदणी क्रमांक (PRN) तयार केला जाईल, जो रुग्णाशी कायमस्वरूपी जोडलेला असेल.
  • एकदा PRN तयार झाल्यावर, पुढील OPD किंवा IPD भेटींसाठी पुन्हा नोंदणी करण्याची आवश्यकता नाही.
  • नोंदणीनंतर एक PRN कार्ड दिले जाईल, जे प्रत्येक वेळेस रुग्णालयात आणणे आवश्यक आहे.

Hospital Diet & Scheduled Meal Timings

Inpatient diet is compulsory and customized according to clinical advice. Prepared fresh in our certified hygienic kitchen.

Pure Vegetarian Nutrition: Only vegetarian meals are prepared and provided. Meal charges are billed transparently according to dietary category prescribed by the treating consultant.

Important: Do not bring expensive jewelry, large amounts of cash, or valuables. Hospital is not responsible for lost personal possessions.

Visiting Hours Policy

To safeguard patient recovery and prevent hospital infections, visiting hours are strictly enforced:

General & Private Wards
4:30 PM – 6:30 PM Daily
Max 1-2 visitors at a time with visitor pass
Intensive Care Units (MICU / SICU / NICU)
11:00 AM – 11:30 AM & 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Strictly 1 immediate relative only with sanitization protocol
Children below 12 years are not permitted in ICU areas for infection prevention reasons.
