You can request an appointment online through our website’s Book Appointment page or call our dedicated OPD appointment desk directly at 020-69059011 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Walk-in registrations are also available at the Ground Floor Reception.
Our Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year on the Ground Floor. You can reach our emergency casualty team directly at 020-69059005 or 020-69059006. In an emergency, no prior appointment or referral is needed.
PRN is a permanent unique registration number issued during your first visit to SSKH (either in OPD or IPD). It permanently links all your consultation records, lab reports, and treatment history. You only need to register once, and your PRN card should be presented on subsequent visits.
Please bring a valid Government Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport), your admission note from the treating consultant, all prior medical records and diagnostic reports, and relevant health insurance / TPA documents if applicable.
For General and Private wards, visiting hours are 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM daily (maximum 1-2 visitors at a time to ensure patient rest). For ICUs, visiting is restricted to 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM for one immediate family member, strictly adhering to infection control protocols.
Hospital diet is compulsory for inpatients based on medical dietary advice. SSKH provides strictly 100% vegetarian, hygienic, and nutritious food prepared in our clinical kitchen, distributed according to scheduled meal timings (Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner).
